1. Why purchase our fabric protection?
   Our fabric protection is a unique fluoropolymer formula developed to protect your upholstered furniture from water and oil based stains. It also contains an Anti-Static additive to help reduce fabric fading due to sunlight. It affords you the extra time necessary to respond to an accidental spill BEFORE IT BECOMES A STAIN. Spot cleaning is a snap! Simply blot fresh spills with a clean cloth.
2. How does it work?
   Unlike top-coat mill treatments, our fabric protector penetrates each fiber of the fabric with a wicking action. This process prevents loss of protection through routine cleaning, wear and abrasion over time.

   Our fabric protection is applied to your new upholstered furniture using professional spray equipment.
4. Why shouldn’t I apply it myself?
   We have professional factory trained personnel and special application equipment that ensures complete fabric protection throughout the entire piece.

6. Will it alter the fabric appearance?
   Unlike other products that only coat the surface, affecting both the color and feel of the fabric, our unique protection formulation penetrates deep into each fiber, leaving it as soft as the day it was woven. Additionally, it will not alter the color or texture of fabrics, regardless of fiber content, nor will it reduce fire retardancy.

Aftercare Tips

By using our fabric protection your interior is now treated with the most advanced protection available. Although our protection process guards against most everyday spills there are things that you can do to keep your upholstery, rugs and carpets looking their best between regularly scheduled cleanings

Rugs & Carpets
Regular vacuuming using an upright, high quality vacuum.
Traffic areas should be vacuumed most often. Dirt and grime can actually grind into the carpet and fabrics cutting the fibers.
Remember dust that accumulates on your furniture also accumulates on your rugs and carpets.

Upholstery
Again, regular vacuuming with a high quality handheld vacuum is a must.
Bi-annually use a clean white terrycloth towel dampened with water to gently wipe the flat surfaces. (Always test a small section of fabric in an inconspicuous area for colorfastness.)
Remember dust that accumulates on your table tops also accumulates on your upholstery.

A stain spilled from a drink or coffee cup can ruin the fabric on your new furniture. Our fabric protector keeps the spill from penetrating the upholstery. How well does it work? Spilled beverages usually come out completely when blotted up on fabric treated with our protector.

Taking care of an accidental spill is as easy as 1-2-3!

1. If a spill occurs, simply blot with a clean dry cloth or sponge. Most spills come out quickly and easily.
2. If the stain remains, call Superior Designer Services within three days. A representative will assist you by providing you a cleaning kit and/or the necessary tips to remove the stain.
3. For hard-to-remove stains, covered by guarantee, we will send our professional cleaner to your home to service the stain at no charge to you.
