Carpet Cleaning
Most cleaners advertise a low price then try to "up sell" all the extras. All those "extras" are included in our up front and fair pricing. We have only one process and one price. We employ a multi step system to insure your floors are clean and sanitized.
We know there is only one way to really clean carpets and that’s the only way we do it.
Step One- Vacuum.
We vacuum the entire area to be cleaned. It takes just a few moments and removes any soil and loose fibers.
Step Two- Pre-Treatment.
We pre-treat all areas to be cleaned, not just the visible spots & high traffic areas. We want you to know your carpets are really clean, not just the spots you can see. Our pre-treatment consists of a special formula that breaks up dirt, grease & grime and raises it to the top so we can extract it.
Step Three- Cleaning Solution.
We inject a special cleaning solution that accomplishes several things; first it foams and lifts the loosened soil and dirt out of the carpet. Secondly it is a mildewcide, bactericide, fungicide, deodorant and a disinfectant. Talk about clean!
Step Four- Steam!
We use today’s most advanced truck mounted equipment capable of generating extreme heat. This heat loosens up ground in soil, kills bacteria and sanitizes the carpet.
Step Five. High Volume Extraction.
Our advanced equipment has powerful extraction. Your carpets dry quicker so you can start enjoying them sooner.
Step Six. Rake!
We rake your carpets as a last step. Why? It lifts and separates the fibers to aid in drying time. Also it gives your carpets a new look and feel.
Additional Services
Base Board Cleaning - This inexpensive service is loved by our customers. We wipe down all baseboards with a mild degreaser followed up by a clean soft cloth.
Dupont Stain Master Protection - We can treat your carpets and upholstery with a Dupont Teflon protection product. This product helps repel stains and spills to make your cleanings last longer and comes with a one year warranty. Ask your SDS representative for more details.
6, 12 and 18 Month Cleaning Packages - There are many advantages in becoming one of our annual customers. Ask your SDS representative.

- Initial Inspection: Prior to doing any work on your area rug, our experts conduct a careful inspection to determine what is best for its longevity. We look for damage inflicted by pets, moths, and other damages.
- Pre-wash "Dusting": Our professionals test your rug for colorfastness and adjust our wash process to protect your area rug. While lesser cleaners simply vacuum the face of the rug, we use a specially designed machine that applies micro-agitation to remove dirt, dust, and debris. These particulates can wear away at rug fibers if they are not removed.
- First-stage Wash: We soak your area rug to reduce soil, dirt, and spotting through water saturation. We pay special attention to the back of your area rug and fringes as well, so that every rug fiber receives a deep cleaning.
- Second-stage Wash: Commercial cleaners and their water extraction methods leave your area rug full of soap residue that collects new dirt like a magnet. Our state-of-the-art equipment rinses all detergents from your rug. Your area rug is gently flooded with fresh water, thoroughly removing all cleansing fluids.
- Grooming & Drying: We groom every rug by setting the pile in the proper direction and gently combing the rug fringe. We dry rugs in an environmentally controlled room. Different levels of heat, temperature, and airflow are tailored to individual rug needs.
- Fragrance Scenting: This value-added step applies a delicate fragrance, which further sanitizes your area rug and lightly freshens a room. Lemon-scented rinsing also takes place at this time to condition the rug pile and liven the area rug's color.
- Post-wash Inspection: All rugs we clean must pass final inspection after the cleaning & drying process is complete. If a second wash is necessary to remove stubborn stains, an area rug will proceed through the process again.
